辨識真正的福音：推薦《成功神學謬誤解鎖》*

Throughout Church history, the most damaging heresies have often been those that emphasize selective portions of Christian truth, magnifying them to the point of distorting and even undermining the centrality of the gospel. In modern times, the “Prosperity Gospel” has perhaps become the most harmful of these heresies. In this significant volume, Drs. Tran and Yeung offer a profound critique of this false gospel. By demonstrating how a misreading of Scripture led to a misreading of reality, which in turn led to a misunderstanding of one’s life and purpose, this work reveals the secular ideology underpinning the modern prosperity gospel movement. Not only does this so-called “gospel” fail to address the most urgent needs of individuals, the church, and the world, but it also cripples the true gospel, which seeks to subvert the ideologies and practices of this age. By focusing on oneself rather than God, acts of worship devolve into magical practices that prioritize the fulfillment of personal desires above all else. For those who claim to preach nothing “but Jesus Christ and him crucified” (1 Cor 2:2), this volume serves as an urgent call to return to the true gospel of Jesus Christ.
